drawn in illustrator. hey, i'm trying. =_=

not that i have anything against danes in general; but the way i have been treated by the system here is outrageous. i moved here to be with a danish guy and got a residence permit through specialized work. i turned in a form late due to a misunderstanding of the nature of my work permit, and now i have been under threat of deportation for 2 months now. i haven't been allowed to leave the country or work (even charity work) while waiting. of course if i am kicked out of the country, my husband and i will apply for residency based on marriage... but even that is looking insane at this point. as much as i dislike the political party that have been driving these rules into effect, i do have to admire how well they have brainwashed all of denmark. this is a violation of human rights, but people still approve of it. lolz.

Pfft, I certainly don't approve of it.

Honestly, I have an English friend who moved here to be with one of my other friends. She's intelligent, has an education, and is willing to work. Yet because of the system set up by Dansk Folkepari in 2001, she has one hell of a time just integrating here.

I really, really /really/ hope we'll have a more human govenment after the next election *sigh*

I /can/ vote, and I do too. Last time I voted for SF, and I'm pretty sure I'd like Villy Søvndal again this time.
